Very fast service! Super friendly staff! Highly recommended​!!

A good place to eat. Food is good. Service is fast.

They got a new dining room but honestly need a new staff. I've gone there 3 times this last month. Time 1 messed up my order, time 2 replacing that order, still didn't fix it and left out my sauces. Time 3 I didn't want to have them do it for free again because I was like okay whatever, but then again today YOU GUYS DON'T MAKE THE FOOD AS REQUESTED. If it's anyway other than how the menu has it, it'll be messed up. Also my nuggets are always dry, fries soggy. Worst Wendy's to go to . Period. I work in the same plaza as them and would rather drive to Anderson Wendy's. Do. Your. Job.

We stopped at the store in Pendleton, IN at about 1:45pm. The menu said cookies were $.99 with combo order, we were charged $1.39. When we questioned it, at the first window, we were told the sign was old. Not sure what that meant, we were ordering from their own menu board at the drive through. At the second window we asked for two salt packets and were handed seven, for a half full box of fries. And...they gave us the wrong cookies! Oh well, maybe they were overwhelmed, there was one other car at the drive through.

Great food, courtious employees, clean establishment

Usually the food is fresh and fast. Tonight however the food was horrible. The Chili was not Wendy's recipe. It was Super Spicy and had a harsh bitter aftertaste. My Bacon, Cheese potato had hardly any toppings on it. I could have boiled a potato at home,ate it plain and saved some money. Not to mention we already have a family member in the hospital. So didn't need the extra dinner stress tonight !

Great service! Wendy's supports the nearby school and is actively supporting the community! Very pleased with the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Food was good and in a timely manner BUT, while waiting for my food at the pendleton windys location at 8:10pm on October 9th I observed a lack of professionalism in the form of the young man with long brown hair repeated taking food out of the warming trays and shaking it in the face of the young blonde woman who giggled in responce. The man then placed the chicken patty back into the warming tray and began tickling the young woman. A second boy who took our order named "kyle" did a wonderful job but when faced with the inappropriate behavior of the other two employees failed in his attempt to correct the behavior by finishing relaying incoming orders with when you have a second" I received my order shortly after viewing the first young man leave the young woman alone to continue finishing orders but falling to change his gloves between handling food and tinkling the young Woman.

Very friendly employees who make sure the order is correct, fast service but never rushed. You're treated as an actual human being instead of a "customer". Clean restaurant inside and out.

Food 8s very good, service is fast enough, but it's pretty expensive.

Wendy's is a great place you can bring your family. Very friendly and welcoming. You never wait in line for too long and their accurate everytime. Very clean and the employees always smile so they have to be doing something right!!

I spent 35 dollars on lunch for our crew and the lady at the register was rude to me for no reason rushing me to order rushing me to pay shoving my order in my face not even giving me time to grab the next bag literally smashing mine & our guys food! I get my food it's cold old greasier than ever! Do yourself a favor go eat at a real restaurant people in this state only treat you like a customer when they know a tip is on the line & even then its a gamble!

Thought I would try their new breakfast. Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru before my order was taken, then 15 minutes on the food...that still wasn't brought out to me. While I was waiting someone went in, placed an order and received their food and left in less than 5 minutes. I went in and they said they were making my food now. I asked for my money back and no apology, no reason why it was taking so long. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Did not have to wait long for our food. Clean. The asiago chicken sandwich that I had was good except that the bacon was in little pieces and a little burnt. Easier to eat, but the bacon kept falling out.

The thermostat was messed up and it was like 100º degrees but it did not deter the contagious good spirits that the employees gave off. I've not met fast food employees that were so good at their jobs, as in the knowledge of their products and pricing, their personable respectful good humored demenors, like the two gentlemen that were working when I stepped in. somewhere between 3pm and 5pm Monday Jan 14. Made me remember what the industry is supposed to reflect.

Tired of paying so much for lousy food I keep giving them a try but no more...fries undercooked and sandwiches microwaved with lettuce etc just horrible staff is all ways impatient interrupting you when trying to order do not recommend

Everyone was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. There was a new girl named Alexus who was trying her very best. The entire staff was amazing and the food was all fresh.

Easy in and out, low prices and their salads are fresh! Good when you are hungry, in a hurry and need a variety of foods to choose from.

Pull up at 10:28 for breakfast and got denied pulled in to Hardee’s at 10:30 no problem

Quick service 98% of the time....easily top 1% of Wendy's resturants.

Lacking in customer service. They were not rude but they were impatient. Emphasized extra pickles on our sandwiches and received no extra pickles. One of the burgers had only one pickle on it. We were told to pull forward and wait (an additional 2 minutes) for them to finish making a salad. No long lines or excessive waiting times however.

It's fast food. It's Wendy's. Made to order most the time. So wait time to be expected.

Sandwich was ok, drys were served like warm through drive thru.

The food was good but they had a swarm of gnats inside around the condiments and on the ketchup. I informed the manager. I trust they took care of the problem.

Really like what they did with $1 fries. I have always thought they had the best fries. They also typically have the fastest drive-thru times, depending on location.

The employees were really rude, if you hate your job that much... get a new one

I came here to try the breakfast on a Saturday morning. The staff ignored people at the counter to work the Drive thru. The wait was terrible. I saw customers come in for breakfast before 10:30 and were ignored until it was after 10:30. The person in charge rudely changed the menu over to lunch in front of them and tell them they were too late. They walked out. Never again at this location. It took 13 minutes to get my order of 2 sandwiches
